Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is processed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the buyer, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
